1. Benzoquinonium has curare-like relaxing action that is only only weakly antagonized by neostigmine
2. Excreted unchanged in urine; causes bradycardia; ↑ bronchial and salivary secretions
3. Has unwanted muscarinic side-effects and its relaxant action is not countered by neostigmine
Use as surgical adjuvant: ABANDONED
